As the Director you will work on a major re-design of the cloud operating model, retire existing data centers, spearhead a CISCO redesign, and reduce dependencies in a high-velocity environment. You will be solely responsible for leading the team, managing a budget, and helping elevate the current infrastructure landscape.
- Qualifications:10+ years' experience helping to transform IT infrastructure
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, in a complex environment and a background in architecture, systems administration, network administration, cloud services, and storage administration.
- Direct experience with LAN/WAN/SDWAN, VMWare, O365, Citrix, and Cisco UC is required.
- Demonstrated understanding of standard frameworks and methodologies including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Leadership experience in directing, leading, and mentoring IT professionals
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrates the business and financial acumen necessary to develop and present ideas and solutions in a clear, concise, and organized manner
- Strong written/verbal communication skills. Effective in influencing and negotiating to achieve amicable outcomes
- General knowledge of HIPAA, PCI, GDPR, & data privacy standards and procedures
- Ability to effectively deal with work pressure, and maintain a composed and calm attitude
